Overall Job Objective:

Invoices:

  1. Utilize QBO templates to precisely construct invoices for labor and materials linked to electrical projects.
  2. Leverage CRM for generating straightforward invoices.
  3. Timely completion and distribution of invoices to clients.

Dispatching and Scheduling:

  1. Maintain an updated roster of active technicians.
  2. Facilitate real-time communication with technicians via telephone and text messages.
  3. Skillfully dispatch technicians to customer assignments in the field.

CRM Database:

  1. Record and manage incoming leads from diverse marketing avenues using our CRM system.
  2. Initiate proactive and swift responses to leads, ensuring prompt customer contact and scheduling of site visits.

Customer Relations:

  1. Handle customer calls with a professional demeanor.
  2. Instantaneously input customer call data into designated Google sheets or CRM platforms.
  3. During slower periods of incoming calls, engage in outgoing calls to previous or potential customers.

Bookkeeping:

  1. Periodically sort and file paper receipts for ongoing income and expenses.
  2. Maintain readiness to input current financial data into an accounting system.
  3. Collect daily time reports from technicians and compile comprehensive weekly summaries for payroll processing.

Recruiting:

  1. Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of technicians and other essential team members.
  2. Conduct meticulous resume searches on job boards and online resources.
  3. Evaluate resumes for alignment with required skills and experience, assigning a rating to each.
  4. Collaborate with management to reach out to select candidates via email and phone for interview scheduling.
  5. Contribute to the seamless onboarding of successful applicants.

Job Type:

Salary Range:

  1. Competitive annual salary ranging from $48,000.00 to $70,000.00
