At this stage, the licensed electricians at WCI also make the possible efforts to refine and update the specifications of functionality based upon electrical & mechanical designs, PLC inputs, and last but not least, the client.

After the confirmation of mechanical and electrical designs from stage two, our licensed electricians move forward to the procurement, fabrication, and machine assembling. At this stage, we develop PLC and HMI application programs in accordance with the device requirements and specs. Finally, we carry out machine runoff and acceptance tests. Then, we provide a cost estimate to the client regarding the details related to installation, startup, and commissioning of their customized device.
