We hired WCI Electric for a few small electrical projects at our Los Altos Hills residence, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the pricing. The pendant lights their electricians installed over the kitchen island are a perfect addition, creating the right mood, especially with the Lutron dimmer switch. The outlets they installed in the toe kick of our breakfast nook have been great for the kids' devices. I’m the maintenance technician for a private school. I worked with them for doing light fixtures for a school. They did an amazing job. First off, they are very professional. They were always on time, kept me in the loop on everything, and explained step by step the process they were doing things in and why.They installed new light fixtures and it was all done in a timely manner. WCI was super easy to work with and will definitely be working with them again for all future electrical jobs.

Working with WCI was a great experience from competitive pricing, professional work, great communication, and outstanding work ethics. The job was done in a timely manner with high precision in the work order that was requested.Even after the job was completed there was great communication on how to operate and maintain installed hardware.If there is a work order you are in need of WCI come highly recommended. Simply put, Ryan was excellent! He quickly responded to my message and scheduled a visit for the next day. (A rarity, given how busy commercial electricians are right now.) He showed up on time, was personable and professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. What I appreciated most, though, was that he took the time to explain what he was doing -- his thought processes for troubleshooting the issue -- why I was experiencing the issue, and how it could be fixed. Now, I am better informed on how to handle a situation and convey necessary information to Ryan if future issues crop up. So, an educator as well as a repair electrician and business owner. I have used WCI for numerous projects at home and work. The WCI team are honest electricians who provides detailed and fair estimates, for any project. Ryan, whom I always work with, always arrives and finishes projects on-time. He's great to work with and his work is top-notch! I've never once had any problems with his work.
